Dolce Gusto Did Good!

We have been hoping for dairy alternative coffees for soooo long! We have always bought the black coffee pods and then added our own milk. I was super excited when I spotted these on the Nescafé website. I promptly ordered a box of these oat flat whites to try and they are LOVELY! We’re nowContinue reading “Dolce Gusto Did Good!”

Bad Brownies are dangerously good!

These were sent to us as a little present from my sister and oh my goodness, they are amazing! We got a gluten free vegan pack containing raspberry, salted caramel and cookie dough flavour brownies and we got a “normal” pack containing malteser, biscoff and salted caramel. The packaging is lovely too, little cardboard boxContinue reading “Bad Brownies are dangerously good!”

Elmlea Plant double cream is double delicious!

We find that dairy alternatives can be VERY hit and miss. We decided to give this a go to see what it was like and it didn’t disappoint. Poured over hot chocolate pudding it was lovely and tasted very similar to “normal” pouring cream. We also tried whipping it up for a trifle. It whippedContinue reading “Elmlea Plant double cream is double delicious!”

Candy Kittens vegan and gluten free sweets – yummy!

We love jelly sweets in our house but being vegetarian I find they often contain gelatine so are no good for me. Others contain wheat so are no good for the hubby. These jelly sweets are yummy! The scent of sweet deliciousness when you open the bag is lush and the flavours are fabulous! TheContinue reading “Candy Kittens vegan and gluten free sweets – yummy!”

Yummy dairy free puddings!

Alpro have a lovely range of dairy free desserts. Creamy caramel, velvet vanilla, dark chocolate and milk chocolate. We love them all! As an added bonus they have a long shelf life compared to the dairy versions (usually a good 6 months or so) and they are all only around 86 kCals each so fairlyContinue reading “Yummy dairy free puddings!”

Plant based loaded potato skins are a go!

Cheese is one of those things that we just can’t find a decent dairy free alternative to, so when it came to these dairy and gluten free loaded potato skins by ASDA we were a little apprehensive. We decided to be brave and go for it (in the name of research). We are so pleasantlyContinue reading “Plant based loaded potato skins are a go!”

Schar gluten free pretzels are THE best!

My eldest daughter is a slight pretzel addict. They’re one of her favourite evening snacks. She’s the one person in our family that has a “normal diet” and these are her pretzels of choice! Gluten free, dairy free, crunchy and tasty they tick all of the boxes for all of us. They are nicely saltedContinue reading “Schar gluten free pretzels are THE best!”
